Currently living in dreams of sunsets and palm trees,
Hidden Paradise is Arnhem's new conscious collection that we’re so excited to share with you.
Shot on the shores of Lombok, Indonesia where the crystal-clear waters kiss the white sand, this is Arnhem's most sustainable collection to date.
Made from 98% Sustainable Fabric & 98% Responsibly Dyed – there’s SO much to feel good about.
The key print story Island and the beautiful whites and peach of Lover are crafted from Lenzing™ Ecovero™.
We love this eco-responsible, renewable wood pulp fibre as it has a low environmental impact, having up to 50% lower emissions & water impact than generic viscose.
Arnhem's truly bohemian Delilah crochet pieces are made from 100% Organic Cotton.
As an environmentally and socially responsible alternative to conventionally grown cotton, organic cotton promotes ecological balance and conserves biodiversity, thus enhancing soil health and water quality.
As always, their new swim range is made from ECONYL® a 100% regenerated nylon fibre made from pre & post-consumer waste, like fishing nets, industrial plastic waste & fabric scraps.
In development for 12 months Arnhem have switched to Lenzing ™ Ecovero ™ which is a traceable viscose fibre. And for the first time ever Arnhem moved to digital printing from screen printing for this range - a much cleaner & greener alternative, making their Jersey more sustainable than ever!
A zero-waste style statement – the incredible corals of our printed Castaway range is crafted from Lenzing ™ Tencel ™& Viscose by Lenzing ™ AG blend.
Sometimes we overestimate our needs, so rather than letting good fabric end up as deadstock Arnhem have used this excess from 2017. By using no borders & paying careful attention to pattern lay we’ve created this beautiful, minimal waste range. 98% of the fabric used for Hidden Paradise has been printed by mills that meet Arnhem's strict regulations for restricted substances. 59% is Bluesign Certified – a holistic system that ensure products are manufactured with responsible use of resources & the lowest possible impact on people & planet.
And 41% is certified Oeko Tex Standard 100 – ensuring that no substances harmful to human health are found in finished fabrics.
The missing 2% not responsibly dyed is for Arnhem's Delilah crochet pieces.
Crafted in collaboration with an artisan group based in Andhra Pradesh, India that supports and empowers women to work from home, preserving craft tradition and skills passed on for generations - the group dyes locally in their area on a very small scale. As such they do not have internationally recognised certifications.
Plastic free as always, pay close attention to the details, you’ll find no plastic at all!
No zips, strap rings are made from metal & all buttons are made of shell.
